Refunds & Returns
If you want to return/exchange a product because you change your mind, or because of size or quality defects, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase. The returned goods do not have to be in the original packaging, but they must be in a salable condition – unworn and unwashed. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product.
Please contact our customer service via info@pad-hat.nl to start the return process with the following information:
- Your Name
- E-mail Address
- Order Number
- The reason for the return/exchange
When returning the order, the package must contain a note with your name and order number. If you want to exchange the product for a different size, please indicate which size you would like to receive.
We will look at each case individually. In most cases, we may need additional information, such as images, to determine the appropriate handling.
Once we have received your returned item, it will take 3 – 5 business days for us to process the return and replace your product.
The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded to you within 14 days of your return notification in the same form of payment as it was received.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order and request a refund if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please note that cancellation is possible if your order has not yet been shipped. In most cases, our warehouse can process and ship your order within the first 2-6 business hours. Therefore, we may try to cancel the order within the first hours after it is placed.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
If the product(s) could not be delivered because you were not available, it is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier to arrange the collection or delivery of your order.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs of the original order will be refunded. If you have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, we will not reimburse you for the additional costs for this more expensive method.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you believe you have received a defective PadHat product purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the original retailer.
